MIC believes that the nature of these services is more suited to a fixed monthly retainer arrangement for a specified contract period. In contrast to defined project work, financial transactions, marketing efforts and government relations necessarily entail long-term and sustained efforts to develop and implement successful strategies. A monthly retainer permits MIC to expend all necessary time and efforts to a client's objectives. MIC will, however, consider an alternative billing arrangement if a client desires and will in all cases assure its clients that they will receive the highest quality and dedicated efforts to achieve success in the most economical way possible.
